Requirements for candidates:

  • Possession of a degree not lower than a Master’s (or a certified specialist diploma). A scientific degree (PhD, DSc) or academic title (Associate Professor, Professor), as well as a Master’s or PhD degree is required;
  • For teaching courses in English, a national or equivalent international certificate of at least C1 level is required;
  • Strong knowledge and competencies in the relevant field;
  • At least 1 year of teaching experience at a university;
  • Willingness to engage in scientific research activities outside teaching hours;
  • Teaching experience, internship, or postdoctoral fellowship experience.

  • Education in Information Technology, Multimedia, Media Communications, or related fields;
  • At least 1 year of experience working with multimedia equipment (projectors, interactive panels, audio and video systems);
  • Ability to work with video editing and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or similar tools);
  • Understanding of audio and video equipment, streaming, and presentation systems;
  • Skills in organizing and providing technical support for events (conferences, lectures, online broadcasts);

  • Skills in recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and staff development;
  • Experience in managing HR teams and coordinating HR processes;

  • Knowledge of Uzbek and Russian languages (English is an advantage);
