1. TIUE offers the following study programs in Uzbek, Russian and English:
2. Acceptance of documents
Applications for admission are accepted in the form of “ONLINE APPLICATION” through the official website of the University (tiue.uz). That said, applicants have the option of completing an online application (or questionnaire) with the University.
The applicant must correctly enter their personal information and upload the required electronic documents into the University’s Document Acceptance System. At the same time, the applicant guarantees the reliability and correctness of the information provided.
Once the required documents have been uploaded, the admissions officer will proceed to review all documents submitted by the applicant.
In the absence of the required document, the responsible officer for document acceptance may contact the applicant.
The University will contact the applicant only at the e-mail address or phone number provided by the applicant in the Online Application. Each applicant agrees to verify the e-mail address provided in the Online Application in a timely manner.
3. Deadlines for accepting documents and taking examinations
TIUE will begin accepting applications from applicants for the 2024-2025 academic year from February 1, 2024 through August 31, 2024.
TIUE reserves the right to extend the admission period as it deems necessary without prejudice to the preparation for the academic year.
4. Requirements for transfer of training
Transfer of study requirements apply to all TIUE undergraduate programs and are designed to select prospective students with appropriate academic performance and ability.
Documents Provided:
Transfer requirements for Year 2 (Uzbek and Russian language programs) OR Year 1 (English language programs) TIUE:
Note: If there is a difference of credits in the courses (modules) indicated on the academic transcript, the applicant agrees in writing to retake the differing courses (modules) at TIUE.
Applicants who meet TIUE requirements and hold a recognized certificate or diploma from the International Foundation Program may be admitted upon presentation of an English language proficiency certificate or by successfully passing an internal entrance examination.
TIUE reserves the right to provide additional direct admission (transfer) opportunities that may differ from normal practice.
5. The process of finalizing transfer of training
After reviewing the application and all submitted documents, within 7 (seven) working days, a letter will be sent to the applicant’s registered e-mail address in the TIUE Enrollment Portal with an offer to continue studying at TIUE.
Applicants who have expressed a desire and agreed to the conditions of transfer of study will be provided with a tuition contract on a fee-paying basis from the University Admissions Office within a certain period of time after submission of all required original documents.
Once the applicant has fulfilled the financial obligations under the tuition agreement, TIUE issues an order to enroll the applicant in the University. The order is issued in September or near the beginning of the school year.
If an applicant provides false information, forged documents and/or is suspected of cheating in the admission process and/or examinations, TIUE has the right to unilaterally terminate the study contract. This condition applies even after admission to the University.
