Tashkent International University of Education is committed to total transparency and clarity regarding all legal information and institutional documentation. On the following “Legal Documents” page, we provide access to a comprehensive range of policies, regulations, licenses, and permits that govern various aspects of university life.
1.1. Programs taught in UZBEK and RUSSIAN, and the “INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION PROGRAMME” (IFP) taught in ENGLISH
a) Educational Background: All applicants must be graduates of secondary schools, vocational colleges, or academic lyceums. Candidates are required to submit a standard-form document (a certificate of current enrollment) or a diploma/official transcript.
b) Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least sixteen (16) years of age by December 31, 2026.
1.2. Programs taught in ENGLISH
a) Undergraduate Requirements: All applicants must be graduates of the IFP program, or a recognised vocational (12-year) secondary school, or another educational institution. Candidates who have completed at least the first year of study at another higher education institution are also eligible. All applicants must provide a standard-form document (certificate of enrollment) or a diploma/official transcript. The University reserves the right to request proof of accreditation for the issuing educational institution if necessary.
b) Graduate Requirements: Graduates applying for Bachelor’s or Master’s programs must provide the relevant diploma confirming their previous higher education degree.
c) Age Requirement: All applicants must be at least sixteen (16) years of age by December 31, 2026.
2.1. Programs taught in UZBEK and RUSSIAN, and the “INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION PROGRAMME” (IFP) taught in ENGLISH
a) Educational Credentials: Original or certified copy of secondary or vocational education certificate (Diploma/Certificate with Transcript).
b) Identification: Copy of Passport or ID Card.
c) English Proficiency (for IFP only): Official IELTS certificate with a minimum score of 5.0 OR an equivalent recognised qualification (must be valid at the time of application*).
2.2. Programs taught in ENGLISH
a) Educational Credentials: Proof of 12-year (9+3) education (Diploma/Certificate with Transcript) OR International Foundation Programme (IFP) Certificate OR proof of successful completion of the first year at a local or international university.
b) Identification: Copy of Passport or ID Card.
c) English Proficiency: Official IELTS certificate with a minimum score of 5.5 OR an equivalent recognised qualification (must be valid at the time of application*).
*Important Note: Language Proficiency
If an applicant does not hold an international English language certificate, TIUE provides the opportunity to take an internal English proficiency exam.
3.1. Online Application Only: All enrollment applications must be submitted via the university’s official website (www.tiue.uz). We accept applications exclusively through our online portal.
3.2. On-Campus Support: While the process is online, applicants have the option to visit the university campus to complete their online application with the assistance of our staff.
3.3. Data Accuracy & Documentation: Applicants are responsible for entering their personal data correctly and uploading the required electronic documents to the University Admission System. By submitting the application, the applicant guarantees the authenticity and accuracy of all information provided.
3.4. Confirmation: Upon successful submission of the online application, candidates will receive a confirmation message containing further instructions regarding their application status.
3.5. Admission Timeline: The admission period for TIUE undergraduate programs for the 2026-2027 academic year:
Start Date: February 1, 2026
Closing Date: August 31, 2026
4.1. Entrance Examinations: Upon successful submission of the online application, candidates are required to take the TIUE Entrance Exam, which covers the Language of Instruction and Mathematics.
4.2. Language Proficiency Waiver: Applicants holding a valid international English language certificate (as specified in Section 2) are automatically exempt from the English language entrance exam.
4.3. Exam Format: The entrance examination consists of standardised tests or other assessment tasks designed to evaluate proficiency in the language of instruction and mathematical skills.
4.4. Examination Venue: Exams are held at the following address: Location: Imam Bukhari St., Tuzel-2, Yashnabad district, Tashkent.
4.5. Examination Schedule: Exams are conducted daily, Monday through Friday, in two sessions:
Morning Session: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Afternoon Session: 3:00 PM – 5:30 PM
4.6. Fees: The TIUE Entrance Examinations are provided free of charge.
4.7. Results and Enrollment: Exam results will be sent to the applicant within 3 (three) working days. Successful candidates who meet TIUE’s academic requirements will be issued a Tuition Contract by the University Admission Committee.
