QUALIFICATION OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAMME

TIUE ‘ s Accounting and Business program is aimed at those who want to connect their future with the field of entrepreneurship, finance and accounting. The purpose of training under this program is to master theoretical knowledge and acquire practical skills in the field of accounting and business, as well as competencies to prepare highly qualified specialists who will be able to carry out professional activities in the business sphere. The teaching, methodological and scientific content of the Bachelor’s degree program in Accounting and Business includes various modules aimed at developing knowledge and skills in the field of accounting, financial control and business process management.
Language of instruction: UZBEK / RUSSIAN / ENGLISH
Modes of study: Full-time training Monday through Saturday
A Bachelor’s degree (TIUE) is awarded upon completion of the Accounting and Business degree.
Students who successfully complete the OTHM requirements have the opportunity to obtain the optional OTHM Level 6 Diploma in Accounting and Business (603/4018/6).

Bachelor’s degree requirement: 27-30 compulsory modules (subjects) totalling 480 credits (UK Credit System) must be completed.

Duration of training for:

full-time education – 4 academic years (from October to June). Training is conducted during the day in the form of lectures, tutorials, seminars, practical classes, master classes and industrial practice.

Upon completion of the bachelor’s degree, graduates will receive appropriate professional teacher training and a graduate diploma in “Accounting and Business”.

In accordance with Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Education”, diplomas issued to graduates of licensed non-state higher education institutions(https://lex.uz/ru/docs/5013009, https://tiue.uz/ru, https://stat.edu.uz/Univer-list.php paragraph 8) are recognized in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan on an equal footing with diplomas of state higher education institutions.

TRAINING PROGRAMME

1 YEAR

Acquisition of fundamental knowledge through modules such as Academic Writing and Research Skills, Business and the Economic Environment, Principles of Financial Accounting, Fundamentals of Mathematics, Quantitative Methods in a Business Context, Leadership and Team Management, Introduction to Economics and Accounting.
The study of these modules will provide a foundation for further advanced study in accounting, finance and business.

2 YEAR

Development of theoretical knowledge and practical skills through the study of modules such as Business Startup, Managerial Accounting, Financial Management, Principles and Concepts of Business Strategy, Finance and Accounting, Financial Reporting, Decision Making.
Mastering these modules is the basis for studying a range of accounting and business subjects on subsequent courses

3 YEAR

Deepening of acquired knowledge and skills with the study of corporate and business law, business performance measurement, financial securities markets, financial planning and control, audit and assurance.
This course also includes practical training.

4 YEAR

Improvement of knowledge and skills with in-depth study of investment and risk management, human resource management, research project in business.
The course also emphasizes the development of pedagogical skills through the study of pedagogy and psychology.
In addition, there is a qualification practice for realization of the received theoretical knowledge.
The course ends with the preparation and defense of a final qualification paper or final exams.
