Transfer Admission to TIUE

These requirements apply to all TIUE undergraduate programmes and are designed to evaluate the academic performance and potential of students seeking to transfer.

Who is eligible to transfer?

Transfer is available if you:

are a student of any local or international university who has successfully completed at least one academic year
are currently studying or have studied in full-time, part-time, distance or evening study formats
have been admitted to or are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree programme

For transfer to the 2nd year – for programs taught in Uzbek and Russian or to the 1st year – for programs taught in English

Students must provide an academic transcript covering all completed courses and study plans (programme/module descriptions) for all subjects/modules.

Candidates who meet TIUE requirements and hold a recognised International Foundation Programme (IFP) certificate or diploma may be admitted upon providing proof of English language proficiency or successfully passing the University’s internal entrance examinations.

If there are differences between the subjects/modules listed in the transcript and TIUE courses, the Course Matching system will be applied.

Your academic transcript will be reviewed through the Course Matching system.

If the content and workload of a completed course correspond to 60% or more of the TIUE programme requirements, the course will be automatically recognised. You can focus only on acquiring new knowledge.

Credit transfer is carried out based on curriculum alignment and course equivalency. Some previously completed courses may not be recognised. An individual study plan will be developed for each student.

TIUE reserves the right to provide additional direct admission (transfer) options that may differ from standard procedures.

Required Documents

Original academic transcript from the university where you are currently studying, indicating grades received and credits earned for all completed courses at the end of the academic year;
or a diploma confirming 12 years of education (9+3) with transcript, OR a certificate of successful completion of the International Foundation Programme (IFP), OR proof of completion of the first year at a local or foreign university;
Curriculum (program/module descriptions) for all subjects (modules) taken;
A copy of the applicant’s passport or ID card;
Other relevant documents required by the Admissions Committee.

Submit your documents to TIUE

through the online application form or in person at the University campus (Tashkent, Yashnabad District, Tuzel-2 Residential Area, Imam Bukhari Street).

Wait for the admission decision and complete your transfer

Wait for the admission decision and complete your transfer. The Admissions Committee will review your documents within three working days and determine which courses are eligible for credit transfer. Once you provide the official withdrawal order from your current university, your enrolment at TIUE will be finalized.

Applications are accepted from 1 February to 31 August 2026.

Attention! Applicants are strongly encouraged to submit their documents as early as possible.

Tuition fees

Tuition fees vary depending on the chosen programme and mode of study. Detailed information is available in the Tuition Fees section.

There is no additional fee for completing academic bridging courses or outstanding modules required during the transfer process.

TIUE reserves the right to withdraw an offer of admission or terminate a student's enrolment at any stage if false information, forged documents, or fraudulent activity is identified or reasonably suspected during the admissions or examination process. This policy remains in effect even after a student has been officially enrolled at the University.
