About the program

The educational program “Educational and Training Management” is designed to train highly qualified professionals capable of effectively organizing, coordinating, and developing educational processes at various levels of the education system.

The program is interdisciplinary in nature, integrating pedagogical, psychological, managerial, and research-based training.

Throughout the course of study, students develop a strong foundation in the principles and patterns of the educational process, gain an understanding of the teacher’s role in modern society, and master the fundamentals of teaching and learning.
