Tuition Fees and Payment Procedure

Tuition fees are determined based on:

  • The chosen academic programme
  • Mode of study
  • Language of instruction

Current tuition fees are available:

  • In the “Tuition Fees” section
  • In the Education Services Agreement

Payment terms

Payment is made in the national currency of the Republic of Uzbekistan (sum) via bank transfer to the university’s bank account.

Tuition Fee Payment Schedule for the Academic Year

The university reserves the right to revise tuition fees for subsequent academic years. The applicable terms and conditions are specified in the enrolment agreement.

Tuition fees for the academic year are paid in four equal instalments.

By 1 August

First instalment

25%

Confirms enrollment and secures the student’s place within the established admission quota.

By 15 November

Second instalment

25%

Allows students to continue their studies and maintain access to classes during the next academic period.

By 15 January

Third instalment

25%

Confirms participation in the second semester and continued access to academic activities.

By 1 March

Final instalment

25%

Completes the tuition payment for the academic year and allows students to proceed with final assessments.

Important Notice!

In case of exam retakes or repeated study of a course/module, fees are calculated individually and charged only for the relevant module.

The procedure is governed by the University’s internal regulations.

How Can I Pay My Tuition Fees?
Tuition fees can be paid through any commercial bank in Uzbekistan. You may also make a commission-free payment at Universalbank (location and address). Tuition fees can also be paid via bank transfer or through mobile payment applications such as Click, Payme, and Uzum Bank using the University's payment details or QR code.
How Much Are the Tuition Fees?

Is it possible to pay tuition fees in installments?
How many installments can the payment be divided into? Tuition fees can be divided into four installments, with 25% paid according to the payment schedule specified in the agreement.
What Are the Tuition Payment Deadlines?
Tuition payment deadlines are as follows: 25% of the tuition fee amount must be paid within 15 days after receiving the agreement; 25% by November 15; 25% by January 15; and 25% by March 1.
Is It Possible to Pay Tuition Fees Monthly?
In exceptional cases, monthly tuition payments may be available upon request. Students must notify the University administration in advance, agree on a separate payment schedule in writing, and make an initial payment of 25% of the tuition fee amount.
When and Under What Conditions Can Tuition Fees Change?
Based on market conditions and developments in the higher education sector, the University reserves the right to revise tuition fees for a specific academic year. At the same time, the University follows a policy of maintaining the same tuition fee from the first year of study until graduation.
Are There Government-Funded Study Places at TIUE?
Each year, the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation allocates a certain number of government-funded places across different study programs. Candidates are selected through a special examination among eligible students. Currently, 35 university students are studying under government-funded places. Information regarding government-funded places will be updated after the relevant documents are approved.
What Happens If I Fail to Pay Tuition Fees by the Deadline?
If you are unable to pay tuition fees by the specified deadline, please contact the University's Accounting Department, explain your situation, and discuss possible payment arrangements.
