The first stage of higher education, designed to provide fundamental knowledge and practical skills in the chosen field of study.
The programme builds a strong professional foundation and provides opportunities for a successful career or further study at the Master’s level.
Who is it suitable for?
- Applicants must be at least 16 years old by December 31, 2025.
- Applicants must successfully pass the TIUE entrance examination.

All questions and answersWhat are the basic requirements for undergraduate applicants?
Candidates must have completed secondary education (grade 11) at a school, lyceum, or college, and must provide a certificate/diploma with transcript and a copy of their ID card. A minimum age requirement also applies.
What undergraduate programs are available?
There are 7 undergraduate programs offered: Cybersecurity, IT, Business Management, Accounting and Business, Applied Mathematics, as well as Philology and Education Management.
What is the duration and format of the undergraduate program?
The undergraduate program is full-time and lasts 4 academic years.
How are the academic year and the educational process structured?
The academic year consists of 2 semesters and runs from October to June. Classes include lectures, seminars, masterclasses, field trips, and practical internships.
How is the entrance testing for applicants conducted?
For admission, applicants must pass tests in their major subjects and the language of instruction (Uzbek, Russian, or English). Testing is conducted in person on the university campus.
Does an international certificate grant an exemption from the language exam?
Yes, an applicant with a valid IELTS certificate (5.5 or higher for an undergraduate program or 5.0 for International Foundation Program) is exempt from the internal language test.
How and when do applicants receive their exam results?
Entrance exam results are announced within 3 business days. After enrollment is confirmed, the applicant can finalize their contract with the admissions office.
