The TIUE Master’s program “Management of educational institutions” is designed for those who aspire to build a career in education as professional managers of educational institutions, as well as researchers.

Curriculum
The educational program “Management of educational institutions” is designed to prepare highly qualified specialists capable of effectively carrying out managerial activities within the education system, organizing and coordinating the work of educational institutions, and conducting research in the fields of pedagogy and educational management. The program is interdisciplinary in nature and integrates managerial, pedagogical, methodological, and research-based training.
During the course of study, students develop fundamental knowledge of the theory and practice of managing educational institutions, the principles governing the functioning of educational systems, as well as contemporary trends and reforms in education. Special emphasis is placed on leadership, innovative management in education, quality assurance and monitoring, research methodology, and the development of strategic and managerial thinking.
The program fosters academic literacy, critical thinking, as well as managerial and analytical skills, enabling master’s students to build a comprehensive understanding of educational management as both a scientific discipline and a professional field, and to successfully pursue careers in management, teaching, and research.
