2. Acceptance of documents
Applications for admission are accepted through the official website of the University ( tiue.uz ) in the form “ONLINE APPLICATION”.
At the same time, applicants have the opportunity to fill out an online application (or questionnaire) at the University.
The applicant must correctly enter his/her personal data and upload the necessary electronic documents to the University’s Document Acceptance System.
At the same time, the applicant guarantees the reliability and accuracy of the information provided.
After uploading the required documents, the employee responsible for document acceptance will proceed to verify all documents submitted by the applicant.
In case of absence of the required document, the employee responsible for document acceptance may contact the applicant.
The University will contact the applicant only at the e-mail address or phone number provided in the online application.
Each applicant undertakes to immediately confirm the e-mail address provided in the online application.
3. Deadlines for accepting documents and taking examinations
TIEU will begin accepting applications from February 1, 2024 through August 31, 2024 for the 2024-2025 academic year.
If necessary, TEEU reserves the right to extend the admission period without prejudice to the preparation for the academic year.
4. Requirements for transfer of studies
Transfer requirements apply to all TIUE undergraduate programs and are designed to select prospective students with appropriate academic performance and aptitude.
Submissions:
Requirements for transfer to Year 2 of TIUE (for programs taught in Uzbek and Russian) OR Year 1 (taught in English):
Note: In case of discrepancies in the number of credits for subjects (modules) indicated in the academic certificate (transcript), the entrant undertakes in writing to retake the different subjects (modules) at TIU.
Candidates who meet TIUE requirements and hold a recognized International Foundation Program certificate or diploma may be admitted upon presentation of an English language proficiency certificate or successful completion of an internal entrance examination.
TIEU reserves the right to provide additional direct admission (transfer) options that may differ from normal practice.
5. Transfer Completion Process
After the application and all submitted documents have been reviewed, within 7 (seven) working days, a letter with a proposal on the conditions for continuing studies at TIUE is sent to the enrollee’s e-mail address registered on the TIUE Applicant Registration Portal.
The University’s Admissions Committee will present a tuition fee agreement to applicants who have expressed a desire to transfer and agreed to the terms of the transfer within a certain period of time after the submission of the originals of all required documents.
After the applicant has fulfilled his/her financial obligations under the tuition fee agreement, TIUE will issue an order for the applicant’s admission to the University.
The order will be issued in September or closer to the beginning of the academic year.
TIEU has the right to unilaterally terminate the study contract if the applicant has provided false information, forged documents and/or is suspected of cheating in the enrollment and/or examination process. This condition applies even after admission to the University.
