Deadlines for document submission

Applications are accepted from 1 February to 31 August 2026.

Conditions for passing exams

Entrance exams are conducted free of charge.

Age requirements

Applicants must be at least 16 years old by December 31, 2026.

Admission Requirements for Undergraduate

Master's, and International Foundation Program (IFP)

Programs in Uzbek and Russian

All applicants must be graduates of secondary, vocational, or academic lyceums and must present a standard document (a certificate of study) or diploma (transcript).

Programs in English

All applicants must be graduates of the IFP program, or a recognized vocational (12-year) school or other educational institution, who have successfully completed at least one year of study at another higher education institution and must present a standard document (a certificate of study) or diploma (transcript). The University may require applicants to present a certificate of accreditation of the educational institution, if necessary.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree graduates must provide a relevant diploma confirming their higher education.

Required Documents

Programs in Uzbek and Russian

For bachelor’s programs: a document confirming secondary or vocational education (certificate or diploma with academic record )
For master’s programs: a Bachelor’s degree or specialist’s degree with academic record
Copy of ID card

Programs in English

Proof of 12 years (9+3) of education (certificate/diploma with transcript) or an International Foundation Programme (IFP) Certificate or proof of first-year completion from a local or foreign university
IELTS English language proficiency certificate (IELTS) of 5.5 or higher (for IFP: IELTS of 5.0 or higher) or equivalent (must be valid on the application date)*
Copy of ID card

If an applicant does not have an international certificate confirming knowledge of the English language, the applicant will be given the opportunity to take the internal TIUE exams in English.

Application process

All applicants must submit their applicationONLINE APPLICATION ONLY THROUGH THE UNIVERSITY’S OFFICIAL WEBSITE.Applicants may also complete the online application at the university.

Applicants must enter their personal information correctly and upload the required electronic documents to the university system. The applicant confirms that all submitted information is accurate and truthful.

After submitting the online application, applicants will receive a confirmation message with further instructions.

Admission Requirements and Applicant Evaluation

Entrance examinations consist of tests or other assignments in the language of instruction and mathematics.
After successfully submitting an online application, applicants must take the TIUE entrance exam.
If an applicant has a certificate confirming proficiency in English, they are automatically exempt from taking the English entrance exam.
After passing the exams, applicants will be notified of their results within three (3) business days. Applicants who meet the TIUE requirements will be able to obtain a study contract from the university’s Admissions Office.
