Career Center Manager

Requirements for candidates

• Higher education in Management, Economics, Pedagogy, Psychology, HR, or related fields;
• Experience in education, HR, or career counseling is an advantage;
• Skills in advising students on employment and career development issues;
• Ability to establish and maintain partnerships with companies and organizations;
• Skills in organizing events (job fairs, career forums, employer meetings);
• Experience working with databases and office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Ability to conduct business correspondence and negotiations with partners and employers; strong communication, organization, and responsibility skills;
• Willingness to work with students and graduates, supporting their professional career development;
• Knowledge of Uzbek and Russian languages (English is an advantage).
