October 21 — Uzbek Language Day

October 21 — the day the Uzbek language was granted the status of state language!

On October 21, 1989, Uzbek was granted the status of the state language. Since then, this date has become a symbol of national pride and identity for our people.

Our native language is a priceless heritage of our ancestors, the soul of our nation and the foundation of our future. Preserving it, enriching it and passing it on to future generations is the duty of each of us.
