International Foundation
Programme
An academic pathway designed to provide an internationally recognised foundation for continuing studies at leading universities worldwide.
Bachelor’s Degree
The first stage of higher education, designed to provide fundamental professional knowledge and practical skills. The programme typically lasts four years.
Magistracy
The second stage of higher education focused on advanced study and the development of professional and research competencies.
Eligible Applicants
To apply for admission, all applicants must submit anONLINE APPLICATION ONLY THROUGH THE UNIVERSITY’S OFFICIAL WEBSITE.
For the IFP program and bachelor's degree
- — Graduates of schools, colleges and academic lyceums. Applicants must be at least 16 years old by December 31, 2026.
- — Applicants must successfully pass the TIUE entrance examination.
For a Master's degree
- — Applicants planning to deepen their professional knowledge and develop their careers
- — Persons holding a bachelor's or specialist's degree
