About the program

The TIUE Master’s program “Educational Management and Leadership” is designed for specialists seeking to develop a professional career in the fields of educational institution management, educational leadership, higher education pedagogy, and academic research.

The main objective of the programme is to provide master’s students with contemporary theoretical knowledge and practical competencies in educational policy, educational change management, intercultural communication, pedagogical practice, and academic leadership. The programme aims to prepare highly qualified professionals capable of effectively managing educational processes, implementing innovations within educational environments, organizing teaching and learning activities in higher education, and conducting independent research in the field of education.

The academic, methodological, and research content of the master’s programme includes a comprehensive range of modern modules focused on developing professional competencies in educational theory and practice, educational change management, intercultural interaction, pedagogical mastery, reflective professional practice, and research methodology in education. Curriculum

The Master’s Degree Programme in “Educational Management and Leadership” is aimed at preparing highly qualified specialists capable of effectively carrying out managerial and organizational activities in the field of education, implementing modern approaches to educational leadership, and conducting research in pedagogy and educational management. The programme is interdisciplinary in nature and combines managerial, pedagogical, research, and communicative training.

During the course of study, master’s students acquire contemporary theories and practices of educational management, explore current issues in educational policy, study mechanisms for managing change in educational organizations, examine the specifics of intercultural communication, and develop modern pedagogical approaches in higher education. Particular attention is given to the development of leadership competencies, reflective professional practice, quality management in education, as well as research methodology and methods in the field of education.

The programme contributes to the development of academic literacy, critical and strategic thinking, as well as analytical and managerial skills required for effective professional activity in the context of the transformation of contemporary education systems. Graduates of the programme will be able to successfully pursue careers in educational management, academic leadership, teaching, and research activities at both national and international levels.

Admission requirements for the first year of study

  • — Graduates of schools, colleges and academic lyceums. Applicants must be at least 16 years old by December 31, 2026.
  • — Applicants must successfully pass the TIUE entrance examination.
